Rocky Massage Spa & Wellness Delhi provides appointment-based home and hotel massage services across Delhi NCR. Because appointments involve therapist scheduling and travel arrangements, we request customers to inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

1. Cancelling an Appointment

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Rocky Massage Spa & Wellness Delhi through the contact method used for their booking.

Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and contact number so that we can identify the booking.

2. Advance Notice

We strongly recommend providing cancellation or rescheduling notice as early as possible.

Where a specific cancellation window or charge applies to your booking, it will be communicated during the booking process or confirmation.

3. Late Cancellation

6. Hotel Appointments

For hotel appointments, customers are responsible for ensuring that the appointment complies with the hotel’s visitor and service policies.

If hotel rules prevent the appointment from taking place, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

7. Cancellation by Rocky Massage Spa & Wellness Delhi

We may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances including therapist availability, safety concerns, operational issues, severe travel disruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to offer an alternative appointment time.

8. Refunds Following Cancellation

Any refund resulting from a cancellation will be handled according to our Refund Policy and the specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

9. Inappropriate or Unsafe Behaviour

If a customer engages in abusive, threatening, inappropriate, illegal or unsafe behaviour, Rocky Massage Spa & Wellness Delhi may immediately stop or cancel the appointment.

Such circumstances may affect refund eligibility, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking terms.
